CPAA Elimination of Bias MCLE - Note new date 12/15

The CPAA Executive Committee is delighted to offer the third in a series of online MCLE webinars.  Please note the new date to allow our members to attend both this valuable webinar and the December FPPC meeting.

Please join us during the lunch hour on December 15, 2021 for "Diversity on California Corporate Boards: Exploring the Impact and Complexity of New Requirements. " We expect an interesting discussion that satisfies the required one hour credit for Recognition and Elimination of Bias in the Legal Profession and Society category.

Our speakers will be Lisa Holder, a nationally recognized civil rights attorney and distinguished scholar with the Equal Justice Society, and Anastasia Boden, a Senior Attorney with the Pacific Legal Foundation who leads the organization's economic liberty practice challenging anti-competitive licensing laws and laws that restrict freedom of speech. This conversation will be moderated by CPAA member Darrin Lim, Co-Founder & Partner at Politicom Law, LLP
